Scope
This Policy applies to consumer orders placed through rnxqsa.shop, operated by DF INTERNATIONAL APS.
Statutory Right to Cancel
Consumers generally have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

Return Conditions
After notifying us of cancellation, goods must be returned within 14 days. Please handle products only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Where possible, return the product complete with accessories, instructions, and original packaging. Missing original packaging alone does not remove a statutory cancellation right. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Return Costs
For a normal cancellation, change of mind, or unwanted item, the customer bears the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise. We bear reasonable return costs for an incorrect delivery, damaged goods, or a defect for which we are responsible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
Inspect the order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact ImakuraKatarina163@gmail.com promptly with the order number, a description, and available photographs or video.
After review, we will provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Exchanges
An exchange may be requested within the applicable return period. Contact us before returning the item. Depending on the circumstances, the quickest method may be to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Following a valid cancellation, we refund payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery. Extra cost resulting from a more expensive delivery method selected by the customer is not refunded.
As a rule, we issue the refund no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Cash-on-Delivery Refunds
A cash-on-delivery payment cannot be refunded in cash through the carrier. After consultation with the customer, reimbursement will be made by bank transfer or another suitable method. Payment details collected for this purpose are used only to complete the refund.
Statutory Warranty Rights
This Policy does not restrict statutory warranty or conformity rights for defective goods.
